Windows Forms, Windows Presentation Framework, and Windows Console apps for Windows 9x. Seriously, if you like to program for older systems, but want to do so in a more modern IDE, and in C#, this is the
best thing you can get for your retro computer.

Tip: Solutions created by Visual Studio 2010 and set to Framework 2.0 - 3.5 can be loaded, compiled, and debugged in Visual Studio 2022! Just create your solution in VS2010 and load it in VS2022.
